The climate and nature emergency

The National Emergency Briefing

The climate and nature crisis is a multi-pronged emergency impacting all aspects of British life, from national security to the food supply, health and the economy.

In November, ten of the UK’s leading experts presented a briefing to an invited audience of over 1,200 politicians and leaders from business, culture, faith, sport and the media with the latest implications.

Here in the SEA community, we think everyone should have the chance to hear the latest evidence, find out what is at stake and explore the actionable solutions.

“The science is moving fast, and every year the risks become clearer. Britain has led before, and we must lead again- not with words, but with action to protect our people, our prosperity and our children’s future.”  Professor Tim Berners-Lee
